The LCHS Women’s swim team wrapped up its inaugural season with a fantastic finish at the 3A state meet. Liberty Common jumped three spots from its seed of 18th place to finish in 15th place (out of 42 3A teams). Team captain, Emily Jauch, placed 2nd in the 100 breast (pictured), just 0.1 seconds behind the winner. Congrats to our first ever state team: Emily Jauch, Aimee Johnston, Megan Zupancic, Carrie Babcock, Rachel Patawaran, Nadia Naqvi, Lily Morrison, Julianna Kramer, and team manager Corinne Hansen.

  • 200 Medley Relay – Megan, Emily, Aimee, Lily – 6th place
  • 200 Free – Carrie – 16th place
  • 200 IM – Emily - 12th place
  • 200 Free Relay – Lily, Julianna, Carrie, Aimee – 12th place
  • 100 Back – Megan – 19th place
  • 100 Breast – Emily – 2nd place
  • 400 Free Relay; Nadia, Carrie, Megan, Emily – 13th place
